Ratings of Players in each skill for Comprehensive and Extended Programs.
Each skill is rated from 0 to 4.  In each column of ratings, the number to the left of the colon is the number of times the player was rated with that value for the skill.  The number to the right of the colon is the percent of the attempts.  The player's performance is compared with the team's performance.  The Performance Level (P/L) column shows how much the player is above or below the team's performance level for that skill.  Only the team and the first three players are shown below.  As an example with the skill of passing, Player #2 passed 29 times with 19 perfect passes to the target area 66% of the time.  This is the range that a passing specialist should be in. Player #3, however only had 50% perfect passes.  This is where the coach and player can set a goal of 55% to improve her passing. When that is reached, another can be set. Many passers think they are passing well if the setter can get it, but passes rated a 3 limit the setter and the team's offense.  Getting the 3's to 4's helps the player and team improve.
