Deep Fried Dandelions are about the closest taste you'll find to a Morrell Mushroom.  I Garonteee!!!
They're abundant, they're free, and if you can't beat 'em, eat 'em!!!  Hey...  Try Googling Deep Fried Dandelions.  You'll find
more just like me.  hehehe!!! :-)
 

Pick the Flower with no stem attached.  The
Green is ok.

Rinse and Clean them in salt water just
like mushrooms 2 or 3 times.

Get your prep area ready with egg wash
then flour then deep fry.


 

And this is what you get!!!


 

You must attend the frying as they cook
quickly.
