ORDINANCE NO. 51
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN UNNAMED STREET IN THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, LYING IMMEDIATELY EAST AND ADJACENT TO BLOCK TWO OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, FROM A POINT ONE HUNDRED FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH LINE OF LINE STREET IN SAID CITY THENCE NORTH TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF SAID CITY; AND FIXING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF SAID ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the board of aldermen of the city of browning, Missouri as follows:
SECTION ONE: That an unnamed Street within the corporate limits of the City of Browning, Missouri, lying adjacent to and immediately East of Block Two of the original town of Browning, Missouri, from a point one hundred feet North of the North Line of Line Street in said City, thence North to the corporate limits of said City. be and the same is hereby annulled and vacated.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
