ORDINANCE NO. 50
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, PROHIBITING THE DRINKING OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS ON THE PUBLIC STREETS OR IN PUBLIC PLACES, OR IN THE PRESENCE OF MINORS, IN SAID CITY.
Be it ordained by the board of aldermen of the city of browning, Missouri, as follows, to-wit:
SECTION 1: No person shall drink or consume intoxicating liquor upon any public street or in any public place, within the corporate limits of the city of Browning, Missouri. Provided, however, that this section of this ordinance shall not apply to places licensed to dispense intoxicating liquor.
SECTION 2: No person shall drink or consume intoxicating liquor in the view or presence and sight of minors, within the corporate limits of the city of Browning, Missouri.
SECTION 3: Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One ($1.00) Dollar and not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
SECTION 4: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
