ORDINANCE NO. 5.

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN.

Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:

SECTION 1. That the stated meetings of the Board of Aldermen shall be held on the first Monday of each month, at the office of the Mayor, and that special meetings of the Board may be called by the Mayor, or, in his absence, by the acting president of the Board of Aldermen, or any three menbers of the Board. Notice of special meetings shall be given by the Marshal, to the respective memebers of the Board, or by the Mayor.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
