ORDINANCE NO. 32.
AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO SIDEWALKS.
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:
SECTION 1. All sidewalks in the corporate limits of the city that have heretofore, or may be hereafter built by order of the Board of Aldermen, are hereby made perpetual, and the owner of the property in front of or along, which such walks are, or may hereafter be built, are hereby required to keep the same in good repair.
SECTION 2. Whenever a majority of the assessed taxpaying residents of any block in this city, sign and present a petition to the Board of Aldermen, requesting that a sidewalk be built in front of or along any lot in said block and describing the kind of walk desired, it shall be the duty of the Board to cause a walk to be built in compliance with the terms of such petition.
SECTION 3. This ordinance to take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
