ORDINANCE NO. 31.

An Ordinance in Relation to Revising the Ordinances of the City of Browning, Missouri.

Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor of the City of Browning, Missouri is hereby authorized to appoint some suitable and competent person to collect, collate, revise and arrange the ordinances of the city, for the purpose of publication.

SECTION 2. That the person so appointed shall have authority to renumber the ordinances, and when necessary to renumber the sections of any ordinance, and to arrange said ordinances in such manner as may seem convenient; provided that the sections of ordinances shall not be transformed.

SECTION 3. This ordinance to take affect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
