ORDINANCE NO. 3.

AN ORDINANCE DIVIDING THE CITY OF BROWNING INTO WARDS.

Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:

SECTION 1. The City of Browning is hereby divided into two wards, to be known as the First Ward and Second Ward, respectively.

SECTION 2. The First Ward shall embrace all that part of the City of Browning lying east of the center of Fourth Street.

SECTION 3. The Second Ward shall embrace all that part of the City of Browning lying west of the center of Fourth Street.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
