ORDINANCE NO. 28.

Curfew Ordinance.

Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:

SECTION 1. If any minor under the age of sixteen years, shall between the first days of October and April of each and every year, be found upon any street or about or in any public place in the city of Browning after the hour of seven o'clock and thirty minutes p.m. and between the first days of April and October of each and every year after the hour of 9 o'clock p.m. without existing, necessary or good reason for so being, such minor shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor; provided that this section shall not be construed to apply to any minor when such minor shall be accompanied by its parent or parents or guardian or guardians.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force from and after its passage and approval.
