BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
BROWNING, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 237 of the City of Browning dated the 10th day of October, 1996, is
hereby repealed.
Section 2: Jerry Hollon, Attorney at Law, is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City
Attorney to perform the duties thereof as directed by the Board of Alderman and required by the
ordinances of this City and statutes of this State.
Section 3: Compensation shall be based upon submission of fee statements no less frequently
than quarterly and shall be paid by appropriate city warrant upon approval by the Board of
Aldermen.
Section 4: A maximum of $90.00 per hour will be charged for the services that are rendered.
Section 5: Any ordinances in force and effect pertaining to compensation are hereby repealed
to the extent inconsistent herewith.
