ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH RHODES-SAYRE & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR AN
ENGINEERING STUDY OF THE WASTE WATER TREATMENT FACILITIES, DESIG NATING THE DUTIES OF SAID CORPORATION AND FIXING IT'S COMPENSATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF BROWN ING, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

That Rhodes-Sayre & Associates, Inc., consulting engineers in Brookfield, Missouri are hereby retained by the City of Browning, Missouri, to conduct an engineering study of the waste water treatment facilities by preferring a preliminary engineering report with recommendations and cost estimates for any repairs, replacements or other items deemed necessary by the engineering study.
The hourly rates to be paid to Rhodes-Sayre Construction are as set forth in the attached schedule of rates and services for engineering services to be paid in an amount not to exceed $2,750.00.
That the Mayor Eldon Head and Clerk Brenda Head are hereby authorized to execute any agreements necessary with Rhodes-Sayre & Associates, Inc. to effectuate the terms of this ordinance.
That the funding for said expense shall come from the total amount budgeted for the fiscal year for replacement and extension of the sewer system and any prior ordinances regarding the City's budget for the fiscal year are hereby amended to reflect said fact.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after it's date of passage.
