ORDINANCE



AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING A CITY CLERK AND CITY TREASURER,

DESIGNATING THE DUTIES AND FIXING COMPENSATION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1: Brenda Head, is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City Clerk and City Treasurer and to perform the duties thereof as directed by the ordinances of this city and statutes of this state.

Section 2: Compensation shall be $385.00 monthly effective April 1,1998, and shall be paid by appropriate city warrant upon approval by the Board of Alderman.

Section 3: Any ordinances in force and effect pertaining to compensation are hereby repealed to the extent inconsistant herewith.
