AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING AN ASSISTANT CITY CLERK, DESIGNATING THE DUTIES AND FIXING COMPENSATION.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

Brenda Head, is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of Assistant City Clerk to perform the duties thereof as directed by the Board of Aldermen and required by the ordinances of this City and statutes of this State. Compensation shall be $275.00 monthly and shall be paid by appropriate city warrant upon approval by Board of Aldermen. Any ordinances in force and effect pertaining to compensation are hereby repealed to the extent inconsistent herewith.
