BILL 422 ORDINANCE No. 248 ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING PERSONNEL TO VARIOUS CITY OFFICES, DESIGNATING THEIR DUTIES AND FIXING THEIR COMPENSATION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMAN OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Sally Grieger is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City Clerk. Section 2: Sally Grieger is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City Treasurer. Section 3: Paula Flummer is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City Tax Collector. Section 4: Dean Alspach is hereby appointed to act in the capacity of City Water Commissioner. Section 5: All appointees shall perform the duties of that office as directed by the Board of Alderman and required by the Ordinances of this city and statutes of this state. Section 6: Compensation shall be determined by the Board of Alderman or as specified by another city ordinance and shall be paid by city warrant upon approval by the Board of Alderman. Section 7: Any ordinances in force and effect pertaining to compensation are hereby repealed to the extent inconsistant herewith. PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5th day of May, 1997.
