ORDINANCE NO. 2.
AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO PENN AVENUE
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the gift of Columbus Penn of thirty feet off the south end of lots one, two and three, block thirty-eight, in the original town of Browning, Missouri, be and the same is hereby accepted, and said land is here dedicated to the use of the public as a street to be known and hereafter designated as Penn Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance as Penn Avenue is to take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
