ORDINANCE NO. 17.
AN ORDINANCE IN RELATION TO FRAME BUILDINGS.
Be it ordained by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Browning, Missouri, as follows:
SECTION 1. That no person, shall, hereafter, be authorized or permitted to erect or construct any kind of frame or wooden building fronting or adjoining Main Street on blocks eight and seventeen in this City, but all buildings erected on said blocks, and fronting Main street, shall be constructed of brick, stone or metal.
SECTION 2. Any building erected in violation of this ordinance, shall be declared a nuisance, and may be removed by order of the Board of Aldermen of the City.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
