ORDINANCE No. 15 -- Amended.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, IN RELATION TO RESTRAINING CHICKENS, DOMESTIC FOWLS AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS FROM RUNNING AT LARGE AND PROHIBITING DOMESTIC ANIMALS FROM BEING STAKED OUT IN CERTAIN PLACES:
Be it ordained by the alderman of the city of Browning, Missouri, as follows, to-wit:
SECTION One: No person, firm, co-partnership or cooperation shall permit any chickens, ducks, geese, or other domestic fowl to run at large within the corporate limits of the City of Browning, Missouri.
SECTION Two: No person, firm, co-partnership or cooperation shall permit any horse, mule, ass, hog or other domestic animal to run at large within the corporate limits of the City of Browning, Missouri.
SECTION Three: No person, firm, co-partnership or corporation shall stake out any domestic animal upon premises other than premises under the control of the owners of such animal nor upon any public street, highway or common, unless they shall have a written permit to do so, which written permit shall be exhibited to the Marshall upon request.
SECTION Four: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION Five: Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon a conviction thereof shall be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00), nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
SECTION Six: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
