BILL NO. 326 ORDINANCE NO. 147
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 59 TO INCREASE THE FEE TO BE PAID TO THE CITY MARSHALL FOR EACH DOG HE SHALL DISPOSE OF AS SET FORTH IN SAID ORDINANCE TO $2.00 PER DOG.
Be it ordained by the board of aldermen of the city of Browning, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1: The fee set forth in Ordinance No. 59 adopted the 2nd day of March, 1948, to be paid to the City Marshall for killing and burying each dog as therein set forth is increased from Fifty Cents (50 cents) to Tow Dollars ($2.00).
