WATER-GIVE AWAY

AN ORDINANCE FORBIDDING RE-SALE OR GIVING AWAY OF WATER PROCESSED BY THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI, BY WATER CUSTOMERS OF THE CITY OF BROWNING, MISSOURI; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE AND FIXING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE ORDINANCE.
Be it ordained by the board of aldermen of the city of browning, Missouri, as follows:
SECTION One. No water customer of the City of Browning, Missouri, shall at any time, without the express consent of the Board of Aldermen of the City entered of record, sell or permit to be sold any water processed by the City of Browning, Missouri, at its municipal water works, to any person or persons, firm or corporation.
SECTION Two. All water processed by the City of Browning, Missouri and delivered to any water meter of any customer of said City, shall be used only on the premises to which it is delivered, and shall not be sold or given away to any person or persons for use other than on the premises where delivered.
