Tuning

BIMT Piano Service is a division of the Bergh Institute of Music Technology. BIMT Piano Service offers local piano tuning to private piano owners, music stores, churches, schools, resturants, hotels and other institutions throughout the Kansas City metro. Our fees are $75.00 per piano. If two or more pianos are located at the same address, the remaining pianos are $65.00 each.

Broken Strings, sticking keys, action adjustments, pedal adjustments and all other services are in addition to the tuning charge, Billing is calculated at $60 per hour plus parts.

Rentals

BIMT Piano Service offers rental pianos to students and families which are not quite ready to make a commitment to purchase a piano. Rental rates are $50 per month, plus an additional $250 one-time charge for security deposit, delivery and tuning. The first six months of rental fees will be used toward purchase a new piano. Monthly payment is due prior to the monthy anniversary date of delivery.
